Worst phone service ever

My 80 year old mom has been without a land line for over a month and talking with the managers at blue casa is like talking to a wall!! They keep sending techs out probably about 10 now and keep saying the cable needs to be replaced but nobody does anything. Thinking seriously about getting neighbors together for a class action law suit maybe that will make them fix it!!!

Non-recurring services charges

I was charged with non-recurring services for two or three months without my knowledge. I was customer of NET company what was sold to Blue Casa. NET did not have ever any other charges except charges for minutes used through their Company. Blue Casa did not inform their new customer about changed conditions for use of their service, they did not inform their new customer that they will have to pay for Non-Recurring services from the moment they bought NET. I claimed from Blue Casa that they send me my money back for paid Non-Recurring services. They refused to pay me back my money and I refused to pay anything what they ask for, as well I refused to use service of theses criminals.

Firstable i would like to say is that if you're looking for phone service , you're in the wrong place dont ever request service from Blue casa we previously had tel scape blue casa is expensive customer service sucks cant speak good English and they took forever to fix my mother's phone line 4 weeks without service and only got refunded 9 dollars when she shouldn't been charged at all !! Customer service people promise so much *** and at the end they say they dont see any notes i had requested to speak to a supervisor and the agent told me someone will call me back within 48 hours point is no one ever did what kind of company is this ??? Disconnected my mothers service with this company 0 STARS also have made a report with BBB

My service was with Telescape, it was transferred to Casa Blue without my consent to begin with. I notified Casa Blue that i was going to move house in February 1st 2016 on January 13th (over 10 business days, enough time to place order). Today is February 17th, my phone line has still not been disconnected from old address and has not been transferred to my new home. Ive called their company almost every single day and they have given me every excuse on the book. I requested them to stop apologizing for the delay and get things done. Customer service has told me they will be calling me back every single time i call and they never do. About a week ago i spoke with a "Supervisor", she stated they were going to install the line to my new house no more than 24 hrs later and it still has not been done. I am tired of this non sense. I just need it to be transferred so i can change company.

Horrible phone company with horrible customer service! My service was transferred a few months ago and I have incurred so many issues. I called last month to cancel my service and to my surprise I received a bill with additional fees today. So frustrating when I have to wait at least 30-45 minutes before I can talk so a representative, and they are unable to help me.

This Company has the best Telephone service and great customer service, at good prices. When you call there company ask for LL application so your phone bill can be really low also ask for the basic plan its only 6.80 and the Premier is 25.37. really good service there technicians are also really good at servicing and installing you new service with Blue casa my best company phone provider in southern California. please give them a call at 866-566-**** for landline service.

Terrible company

My housekeeper had Telscape service and she was transferred to Blue Casa without her consent. Her phone stopped working and she called and asked them to come fix it. They agreed to come and did not show up. When she called back they told her that Verizon and to service the account, and they could not get Verizon to service it. They refused to credit her for the week her phone was not working and stated that it was their intention to keep charging her even though they did not have a date for when they could repair the line. She cancelled service using my phone line, and they accepted the cancellation, but they keep sending her a bill with charges for future months even though they are not able to repair the line. Every time she calls they won't speak to her until she gives them her SSN and BD.

Yes,,,the same same story with us, I been soo frustrated with them , and same thing when I call the number they never answer it, than my phone (even though I cancel it ) when I dial from outside the message machine goes on ..and is not even mine, the phone don't work, we need to take this people to court.

Worst service provided by BlueCasa Telecom

Today is January 14, 2016. The third week of November a technician supposed to be at my house to change some kind of new equipment for the internet. The tech. never showed up the day of the appointment.

The end of November BlueCasa disconnected my service and ever since they have not answer my calls. BlueCasa has my tel. number on hold so other telephone companies would not take the number .

Originally, my telephone number was property of AT&T. When BlueCasa connected their services in my home, they stole the number I previously had. I don't have dialing tone on my phone since the end of November. I have called BlueCasa probably 1000 times but they never answer or return my calls. I contacted another Telephone Company and I requested to have my old telephone number back, but BlueCasa would not release the number or return my calls.

This company has the worse service, it should not be allowed to provide services. On an scale of 10, I give this company 0 for the kind of services.

By the way, I send them a check the beginning November for 2 months payment.

Every time it rains are telephone goes out , it takes them weeks to fix it and we are out of phone service until it is fixed this is been happening for years we are tired of it they charged us the full amount even though we only get one week service my husband's going to go to a new provider for phone service , there always seems to be a party line on the phone and our manager can hear us talking on our phone with his CB radio so he hears all of our phone conversations this is an invasion of our privacy. Right now I have no phone service on my landline if there was an emergency I would be in big trouble.

To many charges no answeres

I pay 19.99 on 1-29-2013 no phone until 2-13-2013 no calls in or out got California lifeline program on 3-09-2013 still no discount. I was charge service connection fee of $48.00 & a portability fee to keep my # $2.86 every month was told it is the Gov. that charge that fee well it is not the GOV. I checked that is not true!!! this needs to be looked in to!!! CALL California Public Commission Consumer Affairs at 1-87*-858-**** file a complaint. it works very good. Bad service

I had blue casa for a long time I didn't have any problem intill I move. They send a technician to put my service in my new address a week ago the guy coming saying he was going to check outside he never coming and told me that my service was ready. When I check I didn't have service. So I call and they say I the problem was in the phone jack but I have to find my own technician cause they didn't have one that goes inside in the area I leave. They say that they will give me my money back for what I pay for the technician. It was hard to find one and I did. He told me that the problems was outside that the technician from blue casa never check the box outside for the wires to be conected. I was without phone for a week. I have to send the invoice to them by fax so they will pay me back. They should let me know before I move my service to this area that they don't have technicians that go inside the home in the area I leave but they never did. If something happens with my service again I have to look for another phone company. And what I hate is to pay again for a new service. Learn from my experience and ask first when you move your services.

My name is Kevin G. I use to work for BlueCasa and got paid under the table back when I was 20 years old.

I was a technician with little or no experience. I was working for a "Friend" that worked directly for the company (so basically he was an actual employee for BlueCasa and he just taught me the basics to do the job for him).

I wouldn't trust this Company at all! but I mean you pay for what your getting.

Blue Casa phone company terrible

It's a west coast company that promises cheap phone service. What they don't tell you is how aggressive they can be in trying to extract every penny from you, and how they'll treat you like dirt all the while. I've been with them for a few years, but I've absolutely had it. Twice now, they've cut off my service for owing them $30. Thirty freaking bucks! One month's measly bill. The last time they did it, it was after I went to the Blue Casa website and logged on to my account -- it said I owed 20 bucks, so I paid it. I'm back down to zero. But days later they disconnected me again. They said the website made a mistake, and I really owed another $30. Of course, I also owed them all sorts of fees for disconnection and reconnection. This, I'm sure, is their strategy -- to hammer people's accounts and scare them into forking over extra money for fees. They begin charging you 'finance fees' if you're one second late in paying your bill. Bloodthirsty. After several calls and some yelling, I finally got on the phone with them at the beginning of June and told them I'm canceling my Blue Casa service. They gave me a final bill over the phone (including charging me for service all that time I was disconnected!), and I paid it. I wanted out. But they're still sending me bills. Now they're saying though I disconnected on the sixth, they didn't get around to cutting off my service for another 10 days. By that time, I hadn't been able to use my phone for almost a month, but they say I owe them for all of their services through the sixteenth. Oh, and of course, there's a disconnection fee. Oh, and they're sending my bill to a collector. Incidentally, you'll love the customer service. I frequently got representatives that didn't speak English. The telephone connections to their service center (this is a big fat telephone company) were often so bad I had to hang up and call back. Once, I had to call back twice before I could hear the rep well enough to continue. If you have a problem, their people are very combative and will hang up on you. They often insinuate you're a liar. They routinely tell you that "This is how Blue Casa operates," i.e. tough ***, buddy. I have no idea if this will ever get cleared up, but I do know this. I wouldn't touch this telephone company with a 100 mile pole. Beware.

hi !

my only recommendation will be try making your payments on time i have been with blue casa for more then 4 years and i am more then happy to be with them, never had a problem or miss understandings, all the people know that there is a late fee and obviously a suspension for not paying on time, in California a phone company is able to suspend your long distance service if you owe over $ 10 bucks . this kind of problems you will have it with all the phone companies.

if you don't want your service to be suspended or even worst disconnected pay your *** bill on time and stop been a ***, oh FYI you will have the same *** problem with all the phone companies if you don't pay ON TIME.

Blue Casa Phone service stinks

Blue Casa phone service stinks. They suspended my phone service for a $15.00 balance. Now I have to wait 10 days for my phone to be disconnected....when I ask them to disconnect immediately they tell me I have to wait 10 days! Sooooooooooooo my phone sits here for 10 days....I can't receive calls or call out. I know that they will continue to charge me for the next 10 days...Blue Casa STINKS!!! I will never recommend them to anyone. I have had nothing but problems since day 1. They charged me $75.00 for work on the phone line that never happened.
